The Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) is dedicated to assisting rural communities achieve their goals and visions by providing them with training, technical assistance and access to resources.

Housing Assistance Council (HAC) The mission of the Housing Assistance Council is to improve housing conditions for the rural poor, with an emphasis on the poorest of the poor in the most rural places.
