Contract Administration & Procurement

Overview

AAHA is hosting a three (3) day Contract Administration and Procurement Training. This training will provide information and guidance under the Native American Housing and Self Determination Act (NAHASDA), for housing authority staff and tribal members to understand and meet the program requirements for procurement and contract administration. The course will cover basic procurement requirements, 2 CFR Part 200, procurement standards and methods, competition, cost and price analysis, bonding requirements, regulatory documents, actions requiring HUD approval, roles and responsibilities, ethics, procurement policy, best practices and more.
