Overview
AAHA is hosting a two (2) day training for Executive Directors, in Anchorage, AK. This training will focus on developing effective leadership skills to enable the executive director or housing manager to create a high functioning organization or department. Topics will include: Housing Director, skills and duties; Executive Director and Board of Commissioner relationships; Strategic Planning; NAHASDA overview of statutory and regulatory requirements; Compliance policies, monitoring and reporting; and Financial Management.
Trainer
Rob Jordan is Co-Owner of Dare to Know LLC., a built environment consulting firm. Rob has more than a decade of experience providing clear, concise, and cogent solutions for housing entities, non-governmental organizations, and executives.
