Force Account Training

Overview 

AAHA is hosting a two (2) day virtual training that provides an interactive, practical learning experience for HUD recipients and their partners tasked with managing labor, materials, and equipment using force account methods. This online course emphasizes real-world application of HUD compliance requirements, federal laws, and regulations. Participants engage in live presentations, interactive polls, and Q&A sessions while gaining access to digital materials and hands-on exercises. The training is designed to ensure participants can confidently navigate and apply compliance standards to their projects.
