Cielo Gibson has extensive experience with Indian Housing throughout the United States and Alaska, as a professional trainer and administrating and developing NAHASDA programs. Ms. Gibson has worked as an executive director for high-risk Indian housing authorities for over 20 years and has implemented numerous programs using low-income housing tax credits, Section 184, and ICDBG funds.
