Overview
AAHA will host a 90-minute virtual Office Hours session focusing on Admissions & Occupancy (A&O). The session will be comprised of a brief overview of A&O and then focus on peer-to-peer learning opportunities. Participants will improve program, grant and regulatory compliance through shared challenges, successes and best practices.
Trainers- Shawn Duthie
Shawn H. Duthie brings more than 30 years of experience in business management, financial administration, and government program oversight. He has worked extensively with schools, Tribal entities, and nonprofit organizations, specializing in fund accounting, federal financial reporting, and regulatory compliance systems. Shawn’s expertise spans property management, capital asset development, and grant administration, offering both financial and operational insight to support housing authorities and Tribal programs
