About the event
Overview
Participants at this 2-day training will gain a better understanding Program Income under NAHSADA. The training will provide an overview, discuss sources, and how to calculate it. Participants will learn how to appropriately spend and report program income.
Trainer
Charles Anderson shares his education and experience in accounting and finance that has been providing technical assistance and training for over thirty years’ to housing organizations throughout the country. Charles’ spent 7 years as an Indian Housing Executive Director, 7 years as Operations Manager for the fifth largest Housing Authority in Washington, 3 years as a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist for the National American Indian Housing Council, and for the past 20 as owner of Northwest Housing Consultants, LLC, located in Olympia, WA.
