Overview
AAHA is pleased to partner with Enterprise Community Partners to offer a series of training opportunities. Enterprise will host a 2 hour session on Project Development & Construction Management and the key steps involved in moving affordable housing projects from early concept through construction. Participants explore the pre-development phase, including feasibility assessments and early planning needed to determine whether projects are viable.
Trainers – Enterprise Community Partners
Enterprise Community Partners is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding the preservation and production of affordable homes. Through its expertise in affordable-housing development, financing, technical assistance, and community-centered practices, Enterprise helps housing providers move projects from early concept through construction and long-term operations.
