About the Event
Overview
AAHA will host a two (2) day online training to provide participants with a solid foundation for complying with the self-monitoring requirements of NAHASDA and 2 CFR 200. Participants will learn strategies and insights that can be utilized to make self-monitoring an effective tool to accomplish their goals. This training will emphasize the development of local self-monitoring plans that are appropriate and effective for the size and needs of the recipient’s program. The training will provide participants with the most current information, tools, and resources available.
Trainer
Rob Jordan is Co-Owner of Dare to Know LLC., a built environment consulting firm. Rob has more than a decade of experience providing clear, concise, and cogent solutions for housing entities, non-governmental organizations, and executives. He developed the curriculums for the High Quality Standards, Uniform Physical Condition Standards, Grant Writing, QuickBooks Intermediate/Advanced trainings, and organized the Developing Alaska's Sustainable Housing (DASH) 2012 conference for the Association of Alaska Housing Authorities (AAHA). Rob holds an MA and BA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He has served as an Executive Director, President, CEO, Program Manager, Grants Administrator, and Data Manager during his career.
